Certainly, there is the problem of feeling isolated from not having employees on-site. The biggest shift is in evaluating employees based on their results rather than simply being present.

outsourcing has become truly interesting, it saves money, yet leaves employers out of touch with their employees often. There are positives and negatives to both sides of it.

You are right, outsourcing can help in times of recession. But its not the best or only solution.

Outsourcing remember will require you to manage the people that are doing the work for you. And for the task to be completed right, you have to check/ test the if you cant do it say if youa aredealing with software then youwill have to hire someone to doit.

Willthese people be all newbies? Then if they are newbies for that tasks you will have to input more time and effort than you will be happy to.

The guys you hire might be experts but as long as theyare working on a different project.you will have to work with them and at most toimes educate them.

This is because at the end of the day you want them to do it right,(your way)

The area you will have to focus on is marketing smart.Do something everyday to promote your product or servive then you will be surprised how that willincrease your business.

Hope this will help

Thanks

The cost of hiring a full-time, or even part-time employee to perform repetitive, but necessary, tasks can often be a big decision. After all, you are paying wages, taxes, and maybe even some benefits.
