I love Flickr. What I like about Flickr is that it allows me to post photos from my phone to either Flickr alone or to my blog. I don’t foresee that I’ll be migrating away from Flickr anytime soon.
I really like Facebook. Like many people, I enjoy being part of an online community. I find Facebook is cleaner and easier to navigate than MySpace, so I tend to gravitate towards Facebook. Let me tell you that it can be a pain to upload photos to Flickr and then upload them again into Facebook. I’m on T-Mobile, which Facebook has not cared to support for the longest time. So, generally, I would have to send a pic to Flickr, download it to the computer, and then upload it to Facebook. That’s a major inefficiency that has to be repeated for each photo. Thankfully, there is a solution.
Johnathan Keebler has created a Facebook application that eliminates the headache for transferring photos from Flickr to Facebook. Flickr2Facebook: Unofficial Flickr to Facebook Uploader is a bookmarklet that allows you to quickly post photos from your Flickr account to Facebook without the need to upload, download, and upload again.
