I read How to Make Exercise a Daily Habit over at Zen Habits earlier this week. Not too long ago, I wrote my own post about exercising daily; see Simple Exercise and Great Benefits. The main point of our posts differ, but there is some common ground when it comes to frequency. One should exercise daily until it becomes habitual. Often, the suffering that results from exercise discourages us from continuing. If, however, your exercise is not extremely strenuous and consistent, you will maintain the practice much longer.
